Submitting clean documents.
Findigs checks your uploads are genuine and readable, and a flag usually just means a file needs a clearer copy.
Recent, complete, and original.
Accepted documents are recent, complete originals, such as pay stubs, statements, an offer letter, or a photo ID, shown in full with no edits after issue.
Most flags are easy fixes.
Documents are most often flagged for being blurry, cropped, expired, or edited, and a clean rescan or fresh original almost always clears the flag right away.
What you can do.
Upload the original file or a clear, well-lit scan that shows the full document, including every page and all four corners, and avoid cropping, retouching, or screenshotting through another app. Make sure the document is current and the name matches your application, and if a file is flagged, simply replace it with a cleaner original rather than re-editing the same image.

How credit score affects your rental application
Your credit history shows a landlord how you handle obligations over time, and knowing what it shows helps you understand where you stand.
Adverse action: your rights when a rental is denied
When a decision goes against you because of a report, an adverse-action notice tells you why and gives you a clear path to respond.
Co-applicants on a rental application
When you rent with a partner, roommate, or family member, each applies as a co-applicant, and combining incomes can strengthen your application.
