Steve Carroll Named to Inman's 2026 Future Leaders in Real Estate

Steve Carroll, Co-Founder and CEO of Findigs, has been named to Inman’s 2026 Future Leaders in Real Estate list, which recognizes the most promising professionals under 40 driving innovation across the industry.

This year’s program drew over 80 nominations from across the real estate ecosystem, making it the largest and most competitive class since the program launched three years ago.

Steve built Findigs on one core idea: that every rental application deserves a real decision, not a score. Today, Findigs processes approvals in minutes, backs every decision with the only contractual fraud guarantee in the category, and has helped operators reduce evictions by up to 90%. The platform now serves over 500,000 rental units across the country.
