Applying, step by step.
A short, guided flow: start the application, share a few details to verify, and get a clear answer.
One invite, one place.
You arrive from a listing or invite, create a secure account, and enter your details once, in a single place you can return to.
Link, review, decide.
You link or upload what confirms your income, identity, and documents, review it, and submit for a clear answer measured against the same criteria for everyone.
What you can do.
Gather your ID, proof of income, and the bank or payroll login you plan to link before you begin, then move through each step in order and review your details on the summary screen before submitting. If a co-applicant or guarantor is part of your application, add them early so their parts can verify at the same time and your answer is not held up.
More from the renter help center.
Rental application fees, explained
An application fee goes toward verifying your information and running the checks a landlord needs, so here is what it pays for and when it applies.
Identity verification for rental applications
Confirming you are who you say you are protects you as much as the landlord, so no one can apply in your name.
Income verification for rental applications
Findigs verifies your income from trusted sources you choose to connect, so a real picture of your earnings stands behind your application.
